I leave reviews, honest reviews, of most places I go. I especially leave reviews if they are not main stream places. I had originally posted a negative review regarding my experience at Russels Tire. After leaving the review Russell replied. He explained where the billing mix up occurred and that he wanted to make it right. He wasn't required to do anything extra. Russell went above and beyond to make the situation right. He is a very stand up guy and now I agree with his other reviewers. Russell, thank you.

So the second I got to Russell shop my nightmare began I had called to make sure they have the right size tire nobody else in town did I was excited that they said yes when I got there there was nobody in the shop nobody in the office no one to be found so I called the shop owner's number again he proceeded to tell me that he was down the road at the store and would be back shortly when he got back he proceeded to start changing my tire I paid him and we left we did not even get 500 ft down the road when the tire starts shaking and making really loud noise so I turned around and went back there the owner told me that there was nothing wrong with the tire I told him I had to go to Tulsa with my granddaughter for my brother's emergency surgery he assured me their tire was put on properly there was nothing wrong with it so I went ahead and left again only to find out that they're incompetent Tire guys put a directional Tire on backwards so all the way to Tulsa Oklahoma and back we got to listen to that horrific noise from the tire. They need to at least get people who know what they're doing Tire guys that know how to put tires on because these guys absolutely do not

Russel Tires is hands-down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a tire shop. Russel is not only quick and efficient—he’s incredibly personable, honest, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. You can tell he genuinely cares. I was in and out in no time, and left feeling confident I was taken care of. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Russel is hands down, the best guy to do business with for all tire needs. I’ve been using him for years. New, used, repairs etc… I called him Friday evening needing 4 back tires for my dump truck. I Arrived at his shop @ 4:30pm. And they had me fixed up and finished by 4:50pm. 20 minutes i was in and out.

I called this morning because I needed 4 new tires, Russell got me tires ordered, and got them put on all on the same day after I got off work. Very friendly, price was amazing. I will be going here for all my tire needs and be recommending all friends and family! Thank you so much!
